Our most rewarding work over the last several years has been launching new companies; then managing their safe and efficient transition from a fully insured, "guaranteed cost" insurance environment to varying levels of partial self-insurance and even fully self-funded alternatives.
We work in national as well as international marketplaces. We have affiliate relationships with partner brokers in countries such as England, France, China, Malaysia, Chile and Dubai.
We are licensed Life Agents / Brokers (Employee Benefits; as well as Key Man and Executive Buy/Sell Arrangements) and Property & Casualty Agents / Brokers. We also broker Retirement Programs (403(b), 401(k), ect.). We are members of industry professional organizations such as the IIABA, NAHU, CAHU, LAAHU and the EBPA of Southern California.
Generally our business is acquired by referral from other satisfied clientele. We are happy to share a client listing consisting of CFOs, CEOs and Human Resource Officers and Managers.
A comprehensive, confidential overview of corporate insurance programs is usually our first step. Our firm reviews for gaps or overlaps in insurance coverage, or instances of under-insurance. In the course of our review, we also look for instances of over-insurance or even duplicate insurance coverage.
